Three digital marketing challenges that family business owners face when they are trying to scale their business and strengthen their brand.

The first of these is a lack of clarity. Many family businesses and founders struggle to define a clear digital marketing strategy. That uncertainty and lack of clarity lead to a lack of focus in their marketing activities and make it difficult to achieve good results.

The second is resource constraints. Smaller and medium-sized businesses may well have a resource limitation in terms of people and budget. That makes it challenging to compete with larger businesses that have less of that restriction.

Thirdly, it's about keeping up with digital marketing trends. As we all know, the landscape is constantly evolving. New platforms, algorithm changes, and new consumer behaviours are all emerging regularly. And staying up to date with these is probably overwhelming for many.
